Chemicals
Balancing all chemicals is important and significantly affects the clarity of the pool water. Water balancing experts determine that levels of alkalinity, pH, and minerals are of paramount importance and significant in the caliber of water inspections not to mention proper tanning levels.
Filtration
Filtering should be set so that your pool is flowed at 6.25 hours per day for about 10,000 gallons of water, or 8.25 hours a day for a 15,000-gallon pool. So assuming an average water return rate of 40 gallons per minute, that’s 1.5 to 2 times flow per hour.
Circulation
Regular circulation through pools, spas and hot tubs should be sufficient in order to keep the water homogeneous and to generate suitable sanitizer, if salt systems are used
